Training Program


1: We chat via email, phone, text, DM, whatever! I find out the needs of you/your team and your scheduling preferences (1 session, 1x week, 2x week, etc).

2: Based off this info, I prepare a training regime to help you/your team stay healthy and performing optimally.

3: We select a starting date, I travel to you and we get started! Simple right? It really is.


Each athlete must have a Yoga Mat or Towel.

I provide blocks, Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls and Coregeous Balls for up to 50 athletes.
I will provide all of the necessary equipment for our 1st session. For the remaining sessions, you are required to have Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls, Coregeous Ball, Blocks and Yoga Mat.
1: Do I work in a studio? No, I do not. I only travel to teams, clients, etc. Let me deal with the traffic (and save you time and stress).

2: Do I offer package deals? Yes, to my private clients (not teams)

3: Do I travel out of state/country? Yes, I will happily hop on a plane and come work with you!

4: Do I do Facetime sessions? Yes, I do FaceTime sessions with athletes I have worked with before.
