Private Sessions


Private Sessions are for Everyone! I work with beginners and people who are busy and overbooked and also those who just want the ease of practicing without getting in their car and dealing with traffic and parking. It’s also for people who want personal attention to help deepen their practice, or just want to do something great for their overall well-being and help provide a balance of the mind and body.

After our initial phone conversation to set up a session, I will bring everything you need for an amazing experience: blankets, blocks and straps. All you need to provide is the space and a yoga mat.

Private Sessions for Groups
Having a Bachelor or Bachelorette party? Why not start the evening off with a yoga session before hitting the town. Or maybe you want a calming yoga session before a big event? Or just get some friends together and schedule a yoga session at your home. You and your friends will stretch, laugh and relax, and you will feel refreshed and balanced afterwards ready for whatever adventure comes next. And what’s better than practicing in the comfort of your own home?

There is a 24 Hour Cancellation policy for all Private and Group Sessions. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment will be charged full price. For parties of more than 4, you may change the amount of people attending up to 24 hours before the scheduled event.
